the accidental psaltery s2 l04

Accidental psaltery piece featuring loops phasing for an extended time. Available for free download at my bandcamp site. The pic is an alert siren for our local nuclear plant. Comforting isn't it?

humble beginnings

In this not so great recording of windchimes I found the seed for my next project. I love that sense of discovery... something's there, you can feel it, but you have no idea how to extract or develope it. Now comes the fun part: following it through to see where it leads.

ahead of myself

Another as yet untitled improv from an album of sansula solos I'm working on. The high part is just the first part sped up twice as fast so it is an octave higher, half as long and repeats twice. The interaction between the two parts is accidental. Or is it?
